摘要：

This paper synthetically evaluates the levels of export-oriented economy of 16 cities in Hubei province. The result is that the zone's diversity of Hubei's export-oriented economy is evident, except a few cities, most of the area's development lag, presenting the "perpendicular to" form. Then using the method of system analysis, classifies the level of export-oriented economy of each city into developed, relatively developed, developing and behindhand 4 types, and devaluates them respectively. Then the paper analyses the reason for the regional disparity of export-oriented economic development.
