摘要：

In a recent paper referred to in the title, the author investigated a (2+1)-dimensional Zakharov-Kuznetsov (ZK) equation and claimed that with the aid of the coupled Burgers' equations, a new multi-soliton solution were formally generated. We argue that the generated N-soliton solutions in the case of N >= 2 is incorrect and is not admitted by the original (2+1)-dimensional ZK equation. (C) 2018 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
