Analysis of the Problems on the Construction of the Rule of Law in Rural Areas in China

At present, the process of the new rural construction can be directly affected by the effectiveness of the construction of the rule of law in rural China. When all people obey the laws in the rural areas in China, and the system of China's rural reform can be fully implemented and China will become a country ruled by laws. Through the analysis of the current situation of the construction of the rule of law in rural China, it is necessary to solve some problems in the construction of rural legal system in China, such as farmers have the low awareness of the law, farmers can not be easy to safeguard themselves rights by law, low quality of rural law enforcement officers and lack of credibility in law enforcement and few high-level personnel in rural legal service organization and so on. In view of these problems, concrete measures are put forward.
