Based on educational measure theory, this paper is aimed to reseach on the problem of improving the quality of classroom teaching with students' ratings. After discussing the important significance of students' ratings of teaching, it analyzed the serious problems in the practice of students' ratings, and put forward. The study indicates it is key of building consensus environment, constituting measure standard, consummating ratings' function and conducting ratings' data with educational measure method to get effective students' ratings of teaching and high teaching quality.
