A phase-shifted zero voltage transition full-bridge converter with current doubler synchronous rectification

摘要
This paper presents a phase-shifted ZYT full-bridge converter with current doubler synchronous rectification for commercial aircraft power systems. The detailed operating principle and design consideration of this soft-switched power converter are analyzed and described. Novel circuit topology and control scheme are proposed to exhibit optimum performances (ie. high conversion efficiency, ring-free and low EMI features). A laboratory prototype, 500W 5V/100A converter was implemented. The simulation and experimental waveforms verify the feasibility of the proposed design.
