摘要：
Combining with the research of practice teaching reform of finance course in our university, the writer proposes to set up a practice teaching system of finance course which can meet the demands of new age change the traditional teacher's transmission of knowledge into interactive practice teaching system, which stresses "the position of teacher-dominant, student-subject." In the new teaching system, we can cultivate students' ability of financial operation and innovation.
