This article develops an analysis of reading and writing learning through digital textual genres and working in the language area, specifically with the 4th and 5th years of elementary school. Thus, we analyzed and sought to elucidate the key elements of reflection on teacher practice with the Portuguese Language curriculum component. With the deepening of the legal indicators, such as the current discussions about the BNCC (2017), it became evident that it is still necessary to advance in relation to the new digital strategies for teaching to develop their practices with new pedagogical trends with contents and scenarios that express the needs and specificities of the teacher and his students today, such as digital textual genres, which provide new strategies for pedagogical practice.
