摘要：

This paper, starting from the analysis of problems of the university crisis management, proposes four principles of Chinese university crisis management, namely, the principle of prevention as the primary, the unified command, the whole coordination and legal management, and five measures, namely, establishment of the perfect crisis forewarn mechanism, rapid response, establishment of news spokesperson system, the crisis restoring and remolding image, perfect crisis psychology intervention mechanism and so on.
