摘要：
This article applies entropy weight and GIOWA operator to evaluate the credit evaluation method of Guizhou high-tech enterprises. In order to obtain the reasonable and accurate evaluation result, it combines quantitative factors with qualitative factors to reduce the interference of subjective factors of the weight. Construct the suitable credit risk evaluation index system of Guizhou high-tech enterprises, then use GIOWA operator to evaluate the credit evaluation of Guizhou high-tech enterprises. The results showed that the general credit evaluation of Guizhou high-tech enterprises is in middle level.
