摘要：

At present, there are some problems for college students quality education. By the analysis of the main problems, several aspects of the influence on students' comprehensive quality of the professional teachers are clarified in the paper. Then puts forward the idea of setting up the undergraduate tutorial system in our school, and the implementation ideas and measures of project management undergraduate tutorial system are designed in the end.
