Research on Risk Management of the Modern Enterprises

With the rapid development of the global economy, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), as a branch of science, received more and more attentions from all sectors of the community. However, the changeable global economic situation and the complicated world political structure add more difficulties to Enterprise Risk Management(ERM). After researching the incident of Toyota's massive recall by the method of Risk Assay, Qualitative Analysis, Game Equilibrium, the article have expounded the risks which occur usually in the routine management operations of the enterprises and analysis the faults which occur possibly in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM),with the purpose of making a more perfect system of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for enterprises to avoid risks.
