摘要
The scheduling activity, performed by the Production Planning and Control (PP&C) area, is responsible for sequencing the use of transformation resources that will execute the production processes on the factory floor. However, it is not usually possible to allocate all resources as planned, due to the indeterminism of the Productive System (PS). Among technological developments, Multifunctional Machine Tools (MMT), capable of executing more than one feature, allow for a gain in productivity, but add a new difficulty in the production schedule, since there are multiple possibilities to allocate resources to features. In view of this and seeking to make Industry 4.0 feasible in the case of PP&C, this work presents the results of a Dynamic Production Planning (DPP) system, which is defined by the production schedule linked to the allocation of functionality that the process performs, differently from the current programming of the production, which is linked to specific resources. To validate the proposal, the modeling and simulation were performed using the Production Flow Schema (PFS) techniques, which represent the PS processes at a high level of abstraction, and the Colored Petri Nets (CPN), to model and simulate the identification and allocation of critical functionalities and the functional capacity of the productive system. As a result, the functional capacity of the PS becomes known, which allows to verify and confirm the feasibility of executing the processes and allows actions to be taken in advance. Still, a better understanding of the PS is made possible, and a new degree of autonomy is guaranteed.
