BPM simulations of surface acoustic waves in planar waveguide structures on LiNbO3

摘要
A commercial BPM-simulator has been used to model surface acoustic waveguides. The unique possibility of experimentally mapping the acoustic amplitudes by laser probing allows to directly compare simulation results with measured amplitude distributions.
