Within the current situation in the market of IT-technologies, in terms of the growth of telecommunication technology, its development, parameterization, innovation, the need to provide the required level of security and privacy analysis is steadily increasing, in order to prevent unauthorized access to information, its blocking and malfunctions of information and telecommunication systems. The work is devoted to an actual problem of the development of the algorithm for determining the likelihood of security of information and telecommunication system of the existing threats of modern means of protection.
