Fostering morality and cultivating the students is not only the fundamental of the reform and development in colleges and universities, but also the source of promote the connotation construction of colleges and universities. It is the key to the success of the morality education that train the high-level teachers with capable honest and outstanding moral character. Morality construction of teachers should not only promote the spirit of selfless dedication and develop the professional quality, but also optimize the ethics evaluation mechanism and management system.
