摘要
Logistics network is open and dynamic variability, according to customers' needs and the total benefit maximization, it can promote logistics services through enterprise's cooperation and resources integrating cooperatively. So, logistics network has the high degree of information sharing, resources integrating and logistics services cooperation. In this paper, we analyze the basic composition and organization structure of logistics network, and then build up the hierarchical network model instructed by the principle of decomposition-coordination for large-scale systems. On the basis of analysis of the characteristics of logistics network, we find out the shortcomings of traditional hierarchical control theory, which does not meet the requirements of establish logistics network model, they are dynamic network changes, multi-level organizational structure, cooperative work and modeling within a full life-cycle. Then we put forward an improved method by adding information tracks to expand hierarchical control theory, in accordance with this new method, we establish the logistics network model.
