State policy in the field of entrepreneurship in Russia: retrospective and modernity

摘要：
The article examines the stages of formation and development of state support and legal regulation of entrepreneurship in Russia. It is shown that state regulation of entrepreneurship in pre-revolutionary Russia developed very slowly, and was due to the abolition of serfdom and the development of maritime trade; at the" Soviet " stage, state regulation was determined by the monopolization of sectors of the national economy; the post-Soviet period was characterized by freedom of entrepreneurship and limited state intervention in the economic policy of enterprises; the modern stage is characterized by the active development of the system of state support and legal regulation through the prism of mutual interests of the state and entrepreneurship with the aim of active development of the latter.
