Simulation based analysis of the capacity of signalized intersection

摘要
To research the mechanism of traffic signal control algorithm by observing the varying process of traffic flow is very valuable for designing more excellent algorithm. Here, a new fuzzy traffic control model for isolated intersection is introduced, and the relationship between the varying process of traffic flow and the control algorithm is analyzed on the microscopic level by using simulation technology. At the same time, a new index of the intersection's level of service-average difference of delay is designed to evaluate the equilibrium of traffic supply distribution. The simulation analysis of the microscopic varying process of traffic flow not only supplies a new idea for researching the intersection capacity, but also indicates the excellent control effect of our fuzzy control model.
