Industrial Assessment to Technical Skills and Employability Skills Students Based on KKNI (in Jakarta Region)

摘要
This study aims to determine the industrial assessment of technical skills and employability skills of students. This research uses survey method to collect information from a sample by asking through a questionnaire. This research consisted of the single/independent variable where the variable in this research is an industrial assessment of technical skills and employability skills of students based on KKNI. The total number of respondents in this study consisted of 23 catering industries in the area of DKI Jakarta which became the location of the Job Training (PKL) of the students. The data was obtained by giving an instrument consisting of 19 items of statement which is the industry's assessment of technical skills and employability of students' skills. Technical skills consist of 2 indicator that is work knowledge and the ability of work field Of instrument given to 23 respondent of the industrial world to work knowledge aspect obtained 84,78 with very high interpretation. The overall average value of the aspects of the ability of the work field obtained value 87.1 with very high interpretation. Based on the analysis of industry assessment data on technical skills of 73.10 with high interpretation. Instrument employability skills students consisting of 2 indicators of managerial ability and attitude Overall value of the overall aspect of managerial ability obtained value 83.4 with very high interpretation The overall average value of the aspects of managerial ability obtained the value of 82.8 with a very high interpretation. Average rating industry towards the employability of students skills of 83.10 with very high interpretation.
