The application of hybrid systems theory to emergency control of power systems

摘要
Because the function of emergency control of power systems become more and more important, many researchers show great interest in it, but the main difficulties derive from the quantitative analysis of faulted systems, the optimizing decision-making and the implementation of rapid controls. In view of the characteristics of emergency control of hybrid power systems, a decision-making model and an improved optimal decision algorithm are presented in this paper. Based on this decision-making model the faulted system can be analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively, and the emergency control strategy can be quickly determined by the improved optimal decision-making algorithm, which aims to meet the requirement of "decision on-line, matching real-time". The decision-making model functions as a supervisor of the controlled hybrid power system, which can guarantee the system to operate safely and reliably.
