摘要：

According to the new economic growth theory, the investment of human capital will have positive effect on the development of industry. To understand the importance of sports human capital promoting sports industry, we analyze the relevance between sports human capital investment and sports industry development using gray correlation analysis method. The results show that: both the promoting investment (physical education, sports training, professional training, etc.) and the security investment (medical and health care, welfare, etc.) have strong correlation with sports industry development, respectively 0.6166 and 0.6154. Conclusion: To improve the quality of sports industry development, we should not only attach importance to material capital investment, but also pay more attention to increasing sports human capital investment.
