摘要：
Using the method of the countermeasure analysis, on the basis of studying on choosing the way of developing energy conservation and environmental protection industries rapidly, with a case study of Yantai City, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the rapid development of energy conservation and environmental protection from the three dimensions of the government, industries and enterprises respectively, aiming to provide the government with the support of promoting the rapid development of energy conservation and environmental protection industries.
