摘要
Training and information systems that support learning are important aspects of learning organization. However, to be able to provide appropriate training and information technology (IT) solutions, the work processes and learning should be understood in their real context. In this study, software designers' and researchers' work processes and learning were studied in real working context using SECI-model as a frame of analysis. Different kinds of learning processes and different methods and tools for learning in different phases of software research and development work were identified. Learning took place both individually and in groups, To promote learning processes, it is important to understand actual work processes and their requirements. Organizations can use this knowledge in developing training and the use of e-leaming tools and other IT solutions to support learning and training at work.
