Phase separation in transition metal oxides Ln2/3A1/3MO3, Ln = La, Pr; A = Ca, Sr and M = Mn, Co

摘要
The low temperature properties of the polycrystalline perovskite systems Ln(2/3)A(1/3)MO(3) with Ln = La, Pr; A = Ca, Sr and M Mn, Co including electrical resistance, magnetization, ac susceptibility were studied. The compounds behave as "cluster glass" systems, showing both spin-glass-like and ferromagnetic behavior. The electrical conduction shows negative magnetoresitance.
