摘要：
Emergencylogistics play an important role in the response activities to the sudden events, having the direct bearing on the life and property security of our citizens. Working as the main political body and economical body, government and enterprises have the inescapable responsibilities to establish effective cooperation mechanism to realize the goals of achieving the maximal time benefit and the minimal catastrophic loss. Based on the game theory, this article analyzes the feasibility and necessity that government and enterprises should establish coordination mechanism in the process of emergency logistics operation, and puts forward the effective proposals for the establishment.
