Design of fuzzy internal model controller for a position servo system

摘要
A novel method of combining the internal model control (IMC) and fuzzy systems theory is proposed in this paper to design a position controller for a class of high-accuracy servo systems. The parameter of the designed. controller is regulated online according to the system error and its change by means of the fuzzy logic method. This scheme avoids the tradeoff between robustness and dynamic property when adjusting the controller parameter. Simulation results show that both of robustness and dynamic property are satisfactory. The experimental results show that the proposed method could achieve a better system performance than the conventional IMC does.
