摘要
New oscillation criteria and Kamenev- and Philos-type theorems for oscillation are established for the nonlinear functional differential equation with damping (a(t)x'(t))'+ p(t)x'(sigma(t)) + q(t)f(x(g(t)) = 0. These results extend and improve some well known criteria for oscillation of second order differential equations. Applications to equations to which previously known criteria for oscillation are not applicable are given.
