All-optical polarisation and wavelength independent 3R signal regenerator

摘要
All-optical 3R regeneration based on semiconductor components is performed. The regenerator operates independently of input polarisation and input and output wavelength (>35 nm). Noise reduction and bit error ratio performance are analysed at 5 Gbit/s.
