摘要
This paper analyzes the electrooptical effect of optical crystal in detail, According to the resonant principle, the high-repetition-rate electrooptical switch with folded cycle cavity has been developed. When small amplitude of modulation voltage is exerted on the electrooptical crystal, high-repetition-rate spike pulse light signal can be obtained where modulation frequency can get to 60 similar to 100 MHz. This kind of electrooptical switch can be applied to electrooptical Q-switch, electrooptical modulator, counter, etc.
