Bamboo is used as construction material due to its strength and aesthetic value. The strength and durability of bamboo are the main characters that clarify the appropriateness of their architectural application. It is one of the most sustainable building materials that are renewable natural resource with simple physical attributes. Currently, there are many types of designs that are able to solve problems that exist in bamboo architecture over the years. With simple drawings and constant follow up it we can fill the technological gap by adding the scientific knowledge and technological expertise to make the locally available material, bamboo more accepted and the construction stronger, more durable and more practical, that has shown in this essay by introducing some projects.
