摘要：
An adult mixbreed female dog is presented with a megaoesophagus. The treatment of a concomitant thyroidism allowed the total regression of the megaoesophagus, A litterature overview is presented, dealing with the correlation between megaoesophagus and hypothyroidism. Diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities are discussed.
