摘要
The effect of the heating method and temperature on the processes of structure formation during hot plastic deformation of tool steels of the carbide class (R6M5, Kh6VF) is investigated. Special features of fort-nation of structure and properties of the steels due to electrocontact and furnace heating under conditions imitating the operation of a 200 EKN bar mill designed by VNIIMETMASh Company are considered. A method for performing high-temperature tensile tests with the use of electrocontact heating of specimens directly in the clamps of the studied machine is suggested.
