摘要
This study collected tourists' demographic characteristics, childhood and current life experiences and tourism behaviors through the questionnaire in Guizhou scenic areas. The study shows that the majority tourists are young to middle age with higher education level. Most of them come from urban areas and core families. The cognition of subjective strata is middle, following an overall higher happiness. About two-thirds of the tourists visited Guizhou for the first time, and enjoyed the tourism experience in Guizhou and gave good feedbacks. Negative correlation was observed between age and tourism times, experience and evaluation. Household location (rural areas) and tourism times show positive correlation. At the same time, happiness shows an obvious positive correlation with tourism experience and evaluation. Current and childhood living experience plays an important role in tourists' intentions in visiting mountain areas. Tourists who used to live mountainous areas in their childhood are more likely to visit Guizhou. Most of the tourists come from medium-sized or big city.
