Asymptotic BLUEs of the parameters of the logistic distribution based on doubly censored samples

Asymptotically best linear unbiased estimators (ABLUEs) of mu and sigma based on a few selected order statistics (k), are presented for doubly censored samples. ABLUEs of mu and sigma are obtained for k = 2(1)4 with left censoring proportion of alpha = 0(.1)0.4 and right censoring proportion of beta = 0(.1)0.4. The coefficients, variances and covariances of the estimators, have been tabulated. Also tabulated, are the optimum spacings under left censoring proportion of alpha = 0(.1)0.4 and right censoring proportion of beta = 0(.1)0.4.
