摘要：
Let A be an ultraprime algebra and I a closed ideal in A with left (resp. right) approximate unit. We characterize elementary operators on A in terms of their images. We show that if Phi is an elementary operator on A, then the set Phi(A(1)) (where A(1) is the unit ball of A) is a left (resp. right) uniformly approximable subset of I if and only if for any minimal length representation Sigma M-k(i=1)ai,bi of Phi we have {a(i)}(i=1)(k) subset of I (resp. {b(i)}(i=1)(k) subset of I).
