摘要：

The follow-up Education of CPA can improve the professional level of certified public accountants, and it is also the important way to ensure the auditing quality. Therefore, this paper analyses the status quo of the follow-up education of certified public accountants and learns the successful experiences of the developed countries. At last, this paper put forward three suggestions on how to improves the quality of the follow-up education of Chinese CPA.
