Practical method for determining the weight number of the evaluation factors

摘要：
Weighting problem is definitely connected to preference. This method can determine the weight of evaluation factors comparing to each other. During this procedure at first the preference list is decided, which numerically characterise the evaluation considerations. The evaluation is a simple mathematical process using the pairwise comparison, because practically we have to measure the person's, participating in the evaluation, consistency and the rate of consistency. The additional advantage of this method, that enough to analyse the pairs of comparing factors, the weight numbers are automatically generated during the next steps
