摘要
We review our recent experimental progress regarding fabricating truly three-dimensional photonic metamaterials and transformation optics structures using direct laser writing (DLW). Recently, stimulated-emission depletion (STED) inspired approaches have made DLW to an essentially diffraction-unlimited optical-lithography approach.
