摘要：
Cardiovascular and renal disease are leading causes of morbidity and mortality in patients with diabetes.' Hypertension is an independent risk macrovascular (stroke, myocardial infarct peripheral vascular disease) and microvascular (nephropathy, neuropathy, retinopathy) complications, and is a common co-existing condition in diabetes.(2,3)
