摘要：
Breast cancer occurs in 1% of pregnancies and due to the rarity and special circumstances most data are from case series and cohort studies. It is currently recommended to treat these patients as closely as possible to the standard procedure for non-pregnant young women. All patients with breast cancer during pregnancy should be included in the register study of the German Breast Group (http://www.germanbreastgroup.de/pregnancy).
