DIGITAL INCLUSION FOR PEOPLE WITH VISUAL DISABILITIES: AN ANALYSIS OF ACCESSIBILITY ON THE WEBSITES OF THE TOCANTINS JUSTICE SYSTEM

The gap between increasing and constant technological innovation and the digital divide is a problem related to human rights. Perhaps the main way of not neglecting the humanization of the use of technology is through digital inclusion. This article aimed to evaluate how accessibility to the visually impaired is related to the web pages of the Tocantins Judiciary. The evaluation was performed with an automatic evaluator: Avaliador e Simulador de Acessibilidade em Sitios (ASES). The purpose was to check if there was accessibility on the homepage of the courts of the Judiciary in the State of Tocantins. The research came from the determination of a specific object of investigation: accessibility on the Internet. The method chosen was hypothetical-deductive. The organization of the article is divided into five sections. It is of great value that society and constituted agents monitor the accessibility of web portals, in order to mitigate this problem.
