摘要
The cylindrical compression tests was carried out by Gleeble-3500 system; the flow stress feature of aluminium bronze alloy under hot deformation was investigated under the condition of temperature 650-950 degrees C, strain rate 0.01-5 s(-1) and true strain 0-0.8. The results show that when the strain rate is 0.01 s(-1) and 5 s(-1), the deformation of aluminium bronze alloy shows working hardening, flow stress is up to a peak stress and reaches stable value, showing dynamic recovery; When the strain rate is 0.1 and 1 s(-1), the flow curve exhibits partial dynamic recrystallization. The flow stress of aluminium bronze alloy during hot compression deformation can be represented by a Zener-Hollomon parameter of the hyperbolic sine form.
