摘要
Water transmission fabrics, which are woven by polyester textured yam of 165dtex/48f and spandex wrapped by polyester water transmission yarn of 40(S)/2, were introduced in this paper. They were not finished by hydrophilic additives. The details of the micro-pore structure of the fiber, weaving specification, finishing technology were illuminated. Fabric's wicking curve was measured. The initial wicking rate was put forward to expressing the ability of water transmission in fabrics. As a result, it is shown that the fiber with micro-pore structure itself has good ability of water transmission, and it can make fabrics attain permanent ability of water transmission. Low temperature technology of dyeing and fixing, sufficiently cleaning was adopted. Water transmission of fabric can also be affected by their structure.
