Optical properties of indium nitride in vacuum ultraviolet region

摘要
Reflectance spectra in the photon energy range from 2 to 130 eV were measured on InN single crystals by using synchrotron radiation. The optical constants including the complex index of refraction, complex dielectric constant, energy loss function and effective number of electrons per unit cell were determined on the basis of the Kramers-Kronig analysis.
