Based on survey data-of migrant workers in Zhejiang Province, I use Logistic model to study their willingness to be urban citizens. The results showed that age, years of education, the ability to settle in the city, urban livelihood security demands, the passion for city life, the willingness of replacement for urban-rural interests have a significant impact. Accordingly the article, we suggested that the public policy should pay attention to the needs of migrant workers intergenerational differentiation, and accelerate rural land ownership certification, improve the compensation mechanism for farmers' rights and urban public services.
