Collaborative Upgrade Research on Provincial Industrial Structure Driven by Industrial Transfer-Empirical Analysis based on the Pearl River Delta and Underdeveloped Regions of Guangdong Province

Industrial transfer is a changing process of mutual connection and coordination between industrial immigration and emigration regions. By relying on industrial transfer, the collaborative upgrade of industrial structure between industrial immigration and emigration regions has been of great importance of regional development and planning. This paper constructs the evaluation index composed of foreign capital, GDP, the primary, secondary, tertiary industry and the level coefficient of industrial structure as the evaluation index of collaborative upgrade on provincial industrial structure. It carried out SPSS correlation analysis and DPS grey correlative degree analysis to research on the collaborative upgrade of industrial structure in the Pearl River Delta and underdeveloped regions of Guangdong Province. The results showed that industrial transfer has become an important path of industrial structure upgrade in Guangdong Province. However, there are significant differences in the effects of industrial transfer upon its internal industrial structure upgrade. The collaboration remains high among the industrial structure upgrade in Guangdong Province and keeps high correlation and collaboration features between the primary and secondary industry.
