摘要
This study used a valid sample of 125 white collar workers randomly selected from varied companies in Senegal to examine the relationships between organizational politics (OP) and job performance and OP and neglect. The analyses from multiple hierarchical regressions showed that employees experiencing higher OP tended to develop higher levels of passive and destructive behaviors (neglect) and that OP had a non-significant negative relationship with job performance. The study yielded several implications and recommendations for further research on employee's behavior in political work settings.
