摘要
The paper presents a new fully differential second generation current conveyor (FDCCII). In this circuits the voltage relations between the differential input Y and the differential terminal X can be tuned by the extra bias current. The principle of the circuit is analyzed in detail. The simulation results show that the port characteristics of the proposed FDCCII are satisfied in the frequency range of 0 similar to 30MHz.
