Boundaries of Coxeter groups and simplicial complexes with given links

摘要：
(1) We construct hyperbolic Coxeter groups with boundaries homeomorphic to Pontryagin surfaces. (2) For any given finite simplicial complex L we construct a finite simplicial complex K such that the link of every vertex of K is homeomorphic to L. (3) We construct an effective action of p-adic integers on boundaries of certain Coxeter groups. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
