摘要
The TDA-DFB laser has nonlinearity on the current-wavelength characteristic and needs high accuracy control model for realizing high-speed wide-range switching We designed a nonlinear model for high-speed 600-GHz-wide wavelength switching and showed the feasibility of this control model for much wider range switching.
